  2. MICROSOFT SOFTWARE LICENSE

  4. 1.     GRANT OF LICENSE.  Microsoft grants to you the right
  5.         to use and to make an unlimited number of copies of
  6.         the Windows 3.1 Driver Library  ("Software")
  7.         provided that such copies are used only in connection
  8.         with licensed copies of Microsoft's Windows 3.x
  9.         products.

  11. 2.    COPYRIGHT.  The Software is owned by Microsoft or its
  12.         suppliers and is protected by United States copyright
  13.         laws and international treaty provisions any you may
  14.         not remove the copyright notice form any copy of the
  15.         Software.

  17. 3.    OTHER RESTRICTIONS.  This Microsoft License Agreement
  18.         is your proof of license to exercise the rights
  19.         granted herein and must be retained by you.  You may
  20.         not rent or lease the Software.  You may not reverse
  21.         engineer, decompile or disassemble the Software.

  23. NO WARRANTY.  ANY USE BY YOU OF THE SOFTWARE IS AT YOUR OWN
  24. RISK.  THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED FOR USE ONLY WITH MICROSOFT
  25. WINDOWS 3.X AND RELATED SOFTWARE.  THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED
  26. FOR USE "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.  MICROSOFT AND
  27. ITS SUPPLIERS DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER
  28. EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, IMPLIED
  29. WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR
  30. PURPOSE.

  32. NO LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.  In no event shall
  33. Microsoft or its suppliers be liable for any damages
  34. whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss
  35. of business profits, business interruption, loss of business
  36. information, or other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use
  37. or inability to use this Microsoft product, even if Microsoft
  38. has been advised of the possibility of such damages.  Because
  39. some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of
  40. liability for consequential or incidental damages, the above
  41. limitation may not apply to you.

  43. U.S. GOVERNMENT RESTRICTED RIGHTS

  45. The Software and documentation are provided with RESTRICTED
  46. RIGHTS.  Use, duplication, or disclosure by the Government
  47. is subject to restrictions as set forth in subparagraph
  48. (c)(1)(ii) of The Rights in Technical Data and Computer
  49. Software clause at DFARS 252.227-7013 or subparagraphs (c)(1)
  50. and (2) of the Commercial Computer Software - Restricted
  51. Rights at 48 CFR 52.227-19, as applicable.  Manufacturer is

  53. 98052-6399.

  55. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of
  56. Washington.
